Gesias "JZ" Cavalcante has done just about everything in the world of grappling and MMA. He is a 3x MMA World Champion, 2x K-1Hero’s Tournament Champion, a former Strikeforce fighter, Lute-Livre Black Belt, BJJ Black Belt, and is now competing in Combat Jiu Jitsu. However, after qualifying to compete in a Judo tournament in France as a kid, Gesias became discouraged with the sport when his family could not afford to send him from his home in Brasil to Europe.
