As a kid, Eliot Marshall faced racial discrimination and bullying, but he found a place of belonging at his Karate school. He excelled at martial arts as a teen, and eventually became a competitor on season 8 of The Ultimate Fighter and had a multi-fight career in the UFC. Eliot then tackled the world of business and became a hugely successful businessman co-owning several academies in Colorado. However, it wasn't until he was in his mid-thirties that Eliot started to become the person he wanted to be.
